Manchester City Interested in Takefusa Kubo

Manchester City have expressed interest in Takefusa Kubo and could make a move for the Real Sociedad winger in the next transfer window.

The English club will face stiff competition for the Japanese star, most notably from Real Madrid.

Pep Guardiola wants to strengthen his squad at Manchester City and is looking to add talented players to improve the team’s attacking threat.

Kubo, who has a €60 million release clause, is one of the main targets for the English club.

Although Kubo is on Manchester City’s radar, the competition to sign him is strong, mainly from Real Madrid, who own 50% of the player’s rights for €30 million.

It remains to be seen whether he will play at the Reale Arena, the Santiago Bernabéu or the Etihad Stadium, or whether another team will come in for him.
