Bayern Munich vs Wolfsburg: Probable Lineups

This Sunday sees Bayern Munich host Wolfsburg at the Allianz Arena for the final home game of the Bundesliga season. It’s also the last hurrah for manager Thomas Tuchel, who’s set to leave after a heartbreaking Champions League defeat to Real Madrid. The outgoing boss will be hoping to end his Bavarian reign on a high note against a Wolfsburg side still pushing for European qualification.

Bayern’s squad has been hit by injuries, with Serge Gnabry (hamstring) and Harry Kane (back) both ruled out after Wednesday’s European disappointment. Jamal Musiala and Leroy Sane are also sidelined with knocks, paving the way for starts for experienced players like Thomas Muller and Eric Maxim Choupo-Moting.

Wolfsburg have their own injury woes, with several key players missing, including Sacha Boey, Tarek Buchmann, and Kingsley Coman. However, they’ll be boosted by the return of Maxence Lacroix, who’s been a threat from set pieces in recent away victories.

Wolfsburg’s hopes also lie with in-form striker Jonas Wind, who’s looking to add to his impressive tally of 11 Bundesliga goals this season.

Bayern Munich probable lineup:

Neuer; Kimmich, De Ligt, Dier, Mazraoui; Laimer, Goretzka; Tel, Muller, Davies; Choupo-Moting

Wolfsburg probable lineup:

Casteels; Fischer, Lacroix, Bornauw, Maehle; Gerhardt, Arnold; Baku, Majer, Wimmer; Wind
