AC Milan slap hefty price tag on Fikayo Tomori

The English defender has some very interesting proposals to return to the Premier League, but the Rossoneri want to cash in.

Italian club AC Milan have made it clear that English defender Fikayo Tomori is not available for sale unless an offer of around 50 million euros comes in, according to recent reports. According to ‘The Guardian’, Milan have expressed a clear interest in keeping Tomori on their books, stressing that any negotiation would only be considered for a proposal that meets this figure.

Fikayo Tomori, who initially joined Milan on loan from Chelsea and was later transferred permanently in the summer of 2021, has established himself as a pillar of the Italian team’s defence. His performance has attracted the interest of other European clubs, with Newcastle one of the names mentioned as interested in the player.

As reported by ‘Calciomercato’, the 50 million euro valuation reflects Milan’s high regard for Tomori and his importance within the Rossoneri’s tactical scheme. The 25-year-old English defender has shown consistency and defensive skills that have made him a crucial asset for the Rossoneri, especially after his involvement in qualifying for the Champions League last season.

With this clear stance, Milan hope to deter any attempt to negotiate below the set figure, thus ensuring Tomori’s continuity at San Siro while he continues to contribute to the club’s ambitious project in Serie A and European competitions.
